Quest-Samba 3.0.28 for AIX 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 is now available. This build (q300) incorporates an AIX-specific workaround that caused previous builds of Quest-Samba 3.0.28 to fail on the AIX platform.

quest-samba-3.0.28 and quest-vasidmap-0.10.0 (a SID alignment bridge) are now available for download. quest-samba-3.0.28.291 has known problems on AIX 5.1. Samba 3.0.28 fixes a security and some reliability issues. vasidmap 0.10.0 adds additional functionality.

mod_auth_vas 3.5.0 released

mod_auth_vas 3.5.0 is now available. It includes new options to configure the contents of the REMOTE_USER variable, the ability to enable Negotiate authentication on a per-subnet basis, and a configurable built-in error page to display when clients try to use unsupported NTLM authentication.
